Manage, organize, control, and coordinate estate operations, maintenance, and administration for commercial or residential properties.
Support maximization of the value of the asset portfolio.
Roles, Responsibilities and Duties
- Participate in negotiating property management contracts, leases, and financing with Commercial and Legal functions.
- Assess technical tendering requirements and contractor qualifications with Procurement and Administration.
- Prepare property management proposals.
- Manage sales contracts, property leases, collections, and lease renewals.
- Manage end-user customer relationships and liaise with Marketing and Sales.
- Ensure compliance with lease terms and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and review property and maintenance-related tender documents.
- Provide operational feedback and technical advice during design and construction.
- Coordinate finance issues, utility services, periodic reporting, subordinate performance, SAP records, and HSE compliance.
- Align operations with international strata management best practices and local requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Real Estate Management or Building Services.
- MBA is an advantage.
Experience and Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in a real estate or property development company.
- Knowledge of corporate, real estate, and retail business operations.
- Knowledge of policies and procedures, workforce analysis, and IT for report preparation.
- Strong command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong communication, analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, innovative, adaptable, strategic, and able to perform under pressure.
