Coordinates official company transactions with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and diplomatic entities across the UAE.
Processes employment documents, trade licenses, visas, permits, and legal documents while supporting compliance and administrative continuity.
Responsibilities
- Carry out company transactions with federal, local, government, and diplomatic entities.
- Process staff work permits and residence visas with MOHRE, GDRFA, and relevant UAE authorities.
- Handle trade license renewals and opening new branches in the UAE.
- Arrange powers of attorney and supporting legal documents; represent the company before authorities as assigned.
- Manage transactions with Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and other authorities, and process staff overseas travel visa applications.
- Resolve rejected work or residence permits with authorities; coordinate employee-related disputes where applicable.
- Ensure timely document processing across government departments.
Qualifications and experience
- 7–10 years of relevant experience.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- UAE government-functions certification and vocational certification in HRM or Public Relations are preferred.
Skills
- Budgeting and cost management, advanced customer service, and public relations expertise.
- Computer and technology proficiency, strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
