Senior Financial Analyst role focused on FP&A, financial modelling, business analysis, and support for senior management’s financial and commercial decisions.

Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; prepare management reports, performance analysis, and financial dashboards.
- Develop and maintain financial models; analyse performance, variances, trends, and business drivers.
- Provide commercial insights and recommendations to senior management; evaluate investments, projects, and business opportunities.
- Support pricing, commercial proposals, and business cases; conduct scenario, sensitivity, and profitability analyses.
- Monitor financial metrics, cash flow, and working capital; support reporting, controls, audit, and compliance.
- Work with stakeholders to identify improvements in revenue, margins, profitability, and ROI.
Key requirements
- CA qualification is mandatory; at least five years of UAE experience is required.
- Currently working as a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis; advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills; strong understanding of financial statements and management reporting.
- Ability to translate financial data into commercial insights and recommendations; strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to have
- Investment appraisal or investment analysis experience; exposure to pricing, commercial proposals, or business cases.
- Experience evaluating investments, projects, or expansion opportunities; UAE Corporate Tax and VAT knowledge.
- Experience with ERP, BI, or financial reporting tools.
Compensation and benefits
- AED 20,000–25,000 per month, plus medical insurance, visa, and air ticket for the employee only.
- Bonus is not applicable.
