Client-side techno-functional Oracle Solutions Architect role overseeing application support, service delivery, enhancements, and vendor performance.

Location

Salary
- AED 26,000–30,000 per month, plus insurance.
Contract duration
- One-year contract.
Key responsibilities
- Manage support intake, ticket triage, prioritization, escalations, and unresolved issues in the live Oracle Fusion environment.
- Oversee support across Financials, Procurement, and/or HCM; use Oracle Fusion functional knowledge to analyze issues and assess solutions.
- Govern enhancements from requirements and solution review through UAT, business acceptance, and release.
- Challenge vendor solutions, estimates, timelines, and commercial quotations; monitor SLAs, recurring issues, service quality, and vendor performance.
- Act as the key interface among business stakeholders, internal IT, and the Oracle support partner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant ERP or enterprise application experience.
- Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP experience, particularly Financials, Procurement and/or HCM.
- Experience in live application support, functional analysis, incident management, vendor escalation, Oracle Fusion reporting, configuration, workflows, integrations, and enhancements.
- Experience clarifying requirements, governing UAT and business acceptance, and managing vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Advantageous certifications
- Oracle Fusion and ITIL certifications are advantageous.
