Role overview
Support the recruitment team by identifying and sourcing talent for various positions and maintaining a flow of qualified candidates.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool and qualified candidate pipeline.
- Screen CVs and source candidates through databases, networking, advertising, and LinkedIn.
- Build rapport and positive relationships with candidates.
- Prepare reports and present findings, trends, and patterns.
- Work with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide research-based insights and recommendations.
- Keep current with industry best practices and use sourcing tools and online platforms.
Qualifications and experience
- Valid bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of UAE experience in a similar field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and positive candidate relationships.
- Strong organization and time management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency managing and maintaining candidate databases.
Compensation
