The People & Culture Manager role combines strategic and operational HR work in a hands-on environment.
The role drives people strategy, culture, talent acquisition, and day-to-day HR operations.
Strategic HR & Culture
- Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives across onshore and offshore teams.
- Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and structured hiring processes.
- Build pipelines of top-tier talent and improve candidate experience.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design engagement programs, such as pulse surveys and team building.
- Manage employee relations and promote inclusion across teams.
Performance & Development
- Run performance appraisal cycles.
- Design learning and development programs aligned with future skills, including digital, AI, and leadership.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8–12 years of HR experience across strategic and operational areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; CIPD or SHRM preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR compliance.
- Proven success in talent acquisition and culture-building.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, and modern HR tools.
Compensation
- AED 18,000–22,000 per month.
