Senior Engineer-Microwave Design

About the role

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of microwave circuits, RF front-ends, and high-frequency subsystems for radar and defence applications.
• Perform electromagnetic modelling, RF simulation, performance analysis, and design optimization against system requirements.
• Plan and execute RF testing, subsystem integration, troubleshooting, verification, and qualification activities.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor engineers.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 12 years of experience in RF, microwave, radar, or high-frequency system engineering.
• Strong expertise in microwave subsystem design, including RF front-ends, amplifiers, filters, mixers, oscillators, and frequency synthesizers.
• Proficiency with RF design and simulation tools such as ADS, CST/HFSS, AWR, MATLAB, and C/C++.
• English proficiency is required for roles unless otherwise stated in the posting.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in defence, aerospace, airborne radar, electronic warfare, or military communication systems is preferred.
• Prior experience leading technical teams, engineering reviews, integration activities, and qualification programs is preferred.
