Position summary

Production leadership and execution

• Lead assemblers to achieve daily production targets and coordinate activities and resources for delivery, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead shift meetings and performance reviews; ensure accurate production reports, shift handovers, and operational communications.
• Own shift KPIs and improve First Pass Yield by supporting quality-focused behavior and right-first-time production.
• Enforce approved processes, work instructions, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Drive Lean Thinking, identify waste, and propose improvements to productivity and efficiency.
• Promote accountability, teamwork, problem-solving, quality ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Address process deviations, escalate risks, implement containment actions, and maintain safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering, or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production-operations leadership.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment and manage priorities under pressure.
• English proficiency is required for all roles unless otherwise stated.

Preferred qualifications and performance areas

• Proficiency in SAP systems and production reporting tools is preferred.
• Performance areas include on-time delivery, First Pass Yield, cycle-time achievement, Lean improvement, process adherence, zero process deviations, and safety performance.
