About the role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications for UGVs, UAVs, and USVs.
• Develop embedded and application software for mission-critical functions, autonomy, navigation, communications, and payload integration.
• Design scalable software architectures, frameworks, and interfaces.
• Develop navigation, guidance, control, and mission management software for autonomous and semi-autonomous platforms.
• Build and maintain HMI/GUI applications and reusable UI frameworks and components.
• Interface software with sensors, actuators, payloads, and communications systems.
• Develop communications software for RF, LTE, satellite communications, and networking protocols supporting LOS, NLOS, and BLOS operations.
• Integrate and process IMU, GPS/GNSS, LiDAR, EO/IR camera, radar, and other mission payload data.
• Contribute to R&D from concept and requirements through software design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in software design and development.
• Strong proficiency in C++, C#, Python, or an equivalent software development language.

Preferred qualifications

• Embedded systems and real-time application development experience is preferred.
• Unmanned systems, robotics, aerospace, defence, or autonomous platform experience is preferred.
• HMI/GUI design and development for mission-critical systems is listed as preferred.
• Navigation, control systems, sensor fusion, and autonomous software experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with RF, LTE, TCP/IP networking, satellite communications, and LOS, NLOS, and BLOS environments is preferred.

Language

• English proficiency is required for all roles unless otherwise stated.
