Team and plan delivery
- Lead a large multidisciplinary planning team, allocate design, drafting, and F&B planning work, and remain accountable to the client for delivery and output.
- Personally create masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
- Conduct needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmarking against comparable global events.
- Advise senior client leadership and integrate marketing, sponsorship, talent, media, and operations requirements into a coherent site plan.
Requirements
- Senior Director grade with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- At least two complete delivery cycles of events of comparable scale, including mega-events or multi-venue mega sporting events.
- Personally produced venue master planning, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
- Stakeholder integration experience across marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and players.
Contract and benefits
- Long-term contract stated as 14–17 months.
- Flight and accommodation are provided.
