Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events.
Translates the client's high-level vision into an implementation plan for each event cycle.
Responsibilities
- Plan venue footprint, infrastructure, resources, and timelines.
- Lead a large multidisciplinary planning team, allocating design, drafting, and F&B planning work and keeping delivery on track.
- Act as the client's single point of accountability for performance and output.
- Personally develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
- Run needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmarks against comparable global events.
- Advise senior client leadership and integrate marketing, sponsorship, talent, media, and operations requirements into a coherent site plan.
Requirements
- Senior Director grade with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- At least two complete delivery cycles of comparable-scale events, including mega-events or multi-venue sporting events.
- Personally produced venue masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
- Experience integrating stakeholders across marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and players.
Contract and benefits
- Long-term contract of 14–17 months.
- Flight and accommodation are provided.
- Remote work may be possible; no specific remote-work arrangement is confirmed.
