Key responsibilities
- Develop contractual documents in accordance with company procedures, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Participate in contract strategy, bidder prequalification, tender preparation, and commercial bid evaluation.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, conditions, and contractual responsibilities.
- Prepare invitations to tender, analyze bids, and contribute to award recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company standards, and applicable legislation.
- Monitor contracts, manage renewals and amendments, and support claims resolution.
- Coordinate with technical, legal, finance, insurance, and other stakeholders through the contract lifecycle.
- Monitor contract performance KPIs and maintain contract management records.
- Mentor Contracts Engineers and improve contract management practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of post-graduate contracts experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Advanced technical competencies in Contracts and Procurement.
- Experience with field operations activities, offshore operations, and services, inspection, and maintenance contracts.
