Role Overview

The position is part of the permanent team and follows a 28-day-on, 28-day-off offshore rotation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead construction preparation and execution teams, managing up to 60 contracted supervisors, foremen, and multi-skilled technicians.
- Coordinate construction work preparation and execution with the project team.
- Plan manpower, equipment, tools, and consumables for offshore construction activities.
- Communicate daily with onshore coordinators about readiness, progress, and execution status.
- Implement corrective actions to achieve project objectives and construction targets.
- Deliver offshore work with zero punch items while maintaining safety and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with incident-free culture and HSE policies for shutdowns.
Qualifications and experience
- At least 15 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
- Relevant technical qualification, trade certification, diploma, degree, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in campaign and shutdown management; experience in petrochemical, refining, exploration, or production operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of planning tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Ability to interpret piping isometrics, vessel general arrangement drawings, and offshore piping layouts.
- Valid offshore safety certifications, including BOSIET/T-BOSIET and H₂S, as applicable.
- Commitment to HSE compliance and quality assurance.
