Role overview

A professional services and consulting organization is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in HR Advisory.

This is a client-facing HR strategy and consulting role, not a traditional in-house HR Business Partner or HR Operations position.

The opportunity is described as joining a growing team in Saudi Arabia.

Client advisory and transformation

  • Lead and advise clients on HR strategy, workforce transformation, and organization design.
  • Assess HR functions, governance, and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
  • Design future-state HR operating models aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
  • Deliver work across talent strategy, workforce planning, employee experience, performance management, and capability development.
  • Conduct organizational diagnostics, HR assessments, and maturity evaluations and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Support HR technology and process transformation through implementation with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate executive workshops and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Drive change management, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across transformation programs.
  • Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants while ensuring high-quality client delivery.

Ideal background

  • Proven consulting experience in HR Advisory, Human Capital Consulting, Organization Design, Workforce Transformation, or People Consulting.
  • Strong expertise in HR operating model design, organizational effectiveness, workforce strategy, talent transformation, and HR process improvement.
  • Able to lead strategic client engagements, influence senior stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver large-scale transformation programs.
  • Strong communication, executive presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Middle East project or multinational client exposure is advantageous.
  • Consulting background, preferably Big 4 or a leading management consulting firm.
