Responsibilities
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, issues, risks, and opportunities and produce actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations for leadership and business performance tracking.
- Collect, validate, clean, and structure data from multiple sources to improve accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for strategic projects, business planning, client work, and process improvement.
- Present concise, business-friendly findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Contribute to data governance, reporting processes, and analytical best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Around 4–6 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, consulting, advisory, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong skills in SQL and Excel.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, or a corporate environment is preferred; consulting backgrounds are welcomed.
- Python or R experience is viewed favourably.
- Analytically strong, commercially aware, and comfortable presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
