The firm seeks a VIP Relationship Manager / Account Manager to own and grow relationships with valuable UAE clients.
The role serves HNW/UHNW individuals and key institutional clients with premium service while driving revenue, retention, and referrals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with an assigned book of VIP/HNW clients across the UAE.
- Advise on banking, investment, and wealth solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
- Grow assets under management, cross-sell products, and increase wallet share.
- Coordinate with product, investment, compliance, and operations teams for seamless delivery.
- Monitor client activity, satisfaction, and risk; intervene early to protect and enhance relationships.
- Represent the firm at VIP events, roadshows, and networking occasions.
- Follow UAE regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Profile and experience
- Bring 5–10+ years of financial-services relationship management experience in private banking, wealth management, priority banking, or equivalent.
- Have a proven track record managing HNW/UHNW or VIP clients in the UAE/GCC.
- Understand investment products, markets, and wealth planning, including equities, fixed income, funds, and structured products.
- An existing UAE network and portable book of business are a strong advantage.
- Hold a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; CFA, CISI, CFP, or similar qualifications are a plus.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
Candidate skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence with senior clients and family offices.
- Knowledge of investment and wealth solutions and ability to build client relationships.
