Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across multiple business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational alignment.

Manage integration projects from planning and design through execution, testing, deployment, and optimization phases.

Guide and mentor technical specialists and integration teams, ensuring consistent delivery quality and technical excellence.

Identify inefficiencies in existing business systems and implement automation and integration improvements to enhance operational performance.

Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure integration strategies align with organizational goals and priorities.

8+ years of experience in business systems integration, enterprise IT operations, or technology architecture, including leadership responsibilities.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, API integrations, cloud platforms, enterprise architecture principles, and automation technologies.

Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver complex integration programs in enterprise-scale environments.

Strong English communication skills are required for reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Arabic is considered an advantage.

You are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented.

You understand how to balance technical execution with business priorities to deliver scalable, reliable enterprise systems.
