Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Senior Business Analyst** to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective, data-driven solutions that improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Create detailed documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential issues in project delivery.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking where required.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques and documentation.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, Visio, JIRA, or similar tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in domains such as banking, telecom, IT services, or enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of SQL or basic data analysis is an advantage.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- CBAP or related Business Analysis certification preferred.
