Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst – Asset & Wealth Management
with deep expertise in fund accounting, transfer agency operations, and Multifonds platform management within the banking and financial services domain.
The ideal candidate will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Multifonds system, supporting system migration, integration, operational enhancements, and automation initiatives.
The role requires extensive knowledge of asset management operations, fund structures, trade lifecycle management, and regulatory frameworks.
The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in fund administration processes, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams in a client-facing environment.
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the internal SME for the Multifonds platform across Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency functions.
- Liaise with business stakeholders, IT teams, custodians, administrators, and external vendors.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Support business process optimization and operational transformation initiatives.
- Prepare workflow documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures.
Multifonds System Management
- Support migration from legacy systems to Multifonds platform.
- Coordinate system integration activities with platforms such as:
- Equation
- Aurora
- Summit
- Other enterprise systems
- Build test scenarios, regression test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support system configuration enhancements and functional improvements.
- Troubleshoot operational and system-related issues in coordination with IT teams.
Fund Accounting Operations
- Support and manage Fund Accounting activities including:
- NAV Calculation
• General Ledger Structures
- Pricing Feeds
- Corporate Actions
- Reconciliations
- Expense Models
• Fund Performance Monitoring
- Ensure accurate and timely fund accounting operations across multiple fund structures.
Transfer Agency Operations
- Support Transfer Agency operations including:
- Trade Processing
- Register Maintenance
- Dividend Processing
• Trailer Fee Processing
- Swing Pricing
- Investor Transactions
- Manage operational workflows related to subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
Automation & Process Improvement
- Develop and propose automation solutions using:
- Excel Macros
- VBA
- Python
- SQL
- Drive operational efficiency and process optimization initiatives.
- Identify gaps and recommend system/process enhancements.
Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and operational standards including:
- UCITS
- MMF Reforms
- FATCA/CRS
- AML/KYC Requirements
- Support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting activities.
Required Experience
- Minimum
- 12+ years of experience
- in:
• Asset Management Operations
- Fund Accounting
- Fund Administration
- Transfer Agency
- Extensive hands-on experience with
Multifonds
- platform (Mandatory).
- Experience in system migration, implementation, and integration projects.
- Experience working with custodians, regulators, and fund administrators.
