Duties

  • and responsibilities
  • **Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans, setting objectives and managing budgets.
  • **Market & Customer Insight**: Research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  • **Lead Generation & Sales**: Generate leads (cold calling, networking), qualify prospects, deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  • **Campaign Management**: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, events) and create promotional content.
  • **Client Relationship Management**: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, handling complaints and seeking feedback.
  • **Performance Tracking & Reporting**: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and report on sales and marketing effectiveness to management.
  • **Collaboration**: Work with internal teams (product, design, etc.) to align goals, launch new offerings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • **Events & Networking**: Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and network.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
