- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants
- Drive indirect sales through an extensive broker network and strategic partnerships
- Conduct regular broker engagement activities, meetings, presentations, and networking events
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach
- Build and maintain relationships with Arabic investors and clients
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and partner engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Support negotiations, deal closures, and documentation processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Proven experience in indirect real estate sales/channel sales
- Prior Team Leader or Sales Team Management experience
- Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants
- Proven Abu Dhabi Real estate Experience mandatory
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work in a target driven and fast paced environment

Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
- We are seeking an experienced and results driven Team Leader – Indirect Real Estate Sales to drive sales through broker and channel partner networks.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in real estate sales, team handling, and channel partner management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants.
- Drive indirect sales through an extensive broker network and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct regular broker engagement activities, meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain relationships with Arabic investors and clients, understanding their investment preferences and requirements.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to execute sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements
