About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales / Business Development Executive to support business growth and strengthen market presence within the UAE real estate sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and prospective clients while driving sales opportunities and expanding the company's network.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in sales, business development, broker management, and client relationship building within any industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Expand the company's broker network and channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Promote and present real estate projects to prospective clients and business partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to successful deal closure.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients and partners to ensure long-term business relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful transaction execution.
  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and business development forecasts for management review.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.

Candidate Requirements : -

  • Proven experience in Sales and/or Business Development.
  • Experience within the Real Estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of broker relations, channel partner management, and client acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional business relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a target-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
