- Manage procurement of raw materials and ensure cost effective purchasing
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce production costs and enhance efficiency
- Ensure all production outputs meet required quality standards and specifications
- Plan and organize workflow in line with project timelines and delivery schedules
- Supervise production teams including foremen, laborers, and drivers, and evaluate performance
- Schedule and oversee maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records of tools and raw materials in the warehouse
- Manage production planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple projects
- Develop and implement production policies and procedures in line with management objectives
- Ensure total quality management of processes and finished products
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 4 6 years' experience in a similar role within the interior fit out / joinery industry
- Strong knowledge of production planning, cost control, and materials management
- Experience in supervising workshop and site production teams
- Solid understanding of quality standards and fit out processes
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage
- UAE driving license preferred

Role Overview
