- Supervise and manage day to day construction activities at project sites
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure accurate execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to approved plans and schedules
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction
- Prepare project reports, site progress reports, and documentation
- Monitor material usage and control project costs to minimize wastage
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and work completion certificates
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- 3–8 years of experience in civil construction, building construction, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera (preferred)
- Strong understanding of structural drawings and construction methodologies
- Experience with quantity surveying, estimation, BOQs, and billing
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and construction standards
- Familiarity with project scheduling and resource planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking

Job Summary

Required Qualifications

Experience
- 3–8 years of experience in civil construction, building construction, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Experience in handling complete project execution from foundation to handover is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera (preferred).
