Work with product, technology, and business teams to analyze journeys, identify improvements, and deliver seamless, data-driven digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for digital acquisition, onboarding, and activation journeys.
- Collaborate across Product, Technology, and Business to define and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Analyze customer behavior, process performance, and journey metrics; improve straight-through processing and digital onboarding workflows.
- Create user stories, process maps, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops; support solution testing, UAT, and production readiness.
- Monitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements to customer experience and conversion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
- At least 6 years as a Business Analyst in banking, fintech, or digital financial services.
- Experience supporting digital onboarding, customer acquisition, or customer journey initiatives and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
- Experience with Agile delivery and Product Owners; understanding of accounts, cards, and lending products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and documentation abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
