The role focuses on effective daily operations, governance, and developing internal processes and teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR, procurement, finance, facilities, and general administration.
- Lead and develop the support services team, including the Finance Manager and HR Specialist.
- Oversee HR operations, employee relations, workforce planning, and recruitment coordination.
- Manage procurement, vendors, approvals, and purchasing workflows.
- Coordinate budgets, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and resource planning.
- Establish and improve processes, policies, workflows, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and federal policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
- Liaise with senior leadership, shared services, and government stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of relevant experience across HR, procurement, corporate services, or operations.
- Proven management experience in HR and procurement and knowledge of employee relations and human capital processes.
- Experience leading teams and overseeing finance operations; finance-specialist expertise is not necessary.
- Experience developing teams, functions, processes, and operational frameworks.
- Good understanding of UAE employment practices and federal HR policies.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; dynamic personality and high ethical standards.
- Private-sector experience, especially in large organisations, is preferred; government or federal experience is also considered.
- Arabic and English proficiency is advantageous.
Compensation
- Approximate lump-sum salary is AED 55,000–65,000 per month, with no additional benefits.
