Role overview
Hands-on HR operations role focused on HRIS administration, employee data management, and system integration.
One-year contract, renewable, with potential for longer-term integration.
Based in Abu Dhabi and open to candidates commuting within the UAE.
Role responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, complete employee records in the HRIS.
- Manage high-volume data entry, data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Support HRIS integration and system improvements with local IT and global HR teams.
- Assist with compensation data, payroll coordination, and transition to a new HR system.
- Support onboarding, benefits, employee documentation, and purchase orders.
- Identify data discrepancies and recommend improvements to HR administration processes.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of HR administration, HR operations, or HRIS experience.
- Previous HRIS experience is essential; Personio or Oracle experience is advantageous.
- Strong Excel skills, computer literacy, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR processes, the employee lifecycle, and compensation data.
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to handle high volumes of administrative work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional discretion with confidential employee information; financial services or asset management experience is advantageous.
Package
- Approximate salary is AED 15,000–20,000 per month.
- Medical and life insurance, monthly mobile allowance, 30 working days of annual leave, and additional lifestyle benefits.
Working arrangements
- Four days in the office and one day working from home.
