Key responsibilities
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages.
- Interact with new and regular customers.
- Be punctual and maintain consistent attendance.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Adhere to recipes and presentation standards for food and beverage items.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Assist shop assistants when requested by shop management.
Candidate requirements
- One to two years in the coffee service industry.
- At least one year in the customer service industry.
- Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Energetic, friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service.
