Business Development Manager - MICE Sales

Sales and account responsibilities
- Sell hotel room inventory and meet assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Prospect for new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, research, and partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle, negotiate rates and commercial terms, and close agreements.
- Develop corporate and hotel-industry relationships and identify suitable inventory and commercial opportunities.
- Grow repeat business, upsell and cross-sell, and expand existing accounts.
- Maintain CRM records and coordinate internally to fulfill client requirements.
- Monitor pipeline, conversion, and revenue; prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
Experience and qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales and contracting, business development, corporate sales, or account management.
- At least 3 years of MICE Sales experience.
- Proven B2B sales results, including pipeline generation, negotiation, closing, and revenue target achievement.
- Experience managing corporate accounts and long-term B2B relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; excellent written and spoken English.
- UAE driving license required.
Pay
- AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
