Role overview

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple outlets and conduct site visits to review performance, service quality, and compliance.
• Develop and monitor SOPs across front-of-house and back-of-house operations; maintain consistent service, food quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
• Own sales and revenue targets, identify growth and profitability opportunities, and manage delivery aggregator and external partner relationships.
• Train and supervise teams, plan staffing, and manage inventory, stock, wastage, procurement, and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions and brand visibility; use customer feedback to improve satisfaction.
• Prepare outlet performance reports and ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Identify process improvements and coordinate with management and internal teams to support smooth operations.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least four years of F&B operations management experience; multi-outlet or multi-brand experience is preferred.
• Experience managing restaurant operations, outlet teams, and daily business activity across locations.
• Knowledge of F&B operations, SOP implementation, quality control, and food safety.
• Experience driving sales and revenue targets, controlling costs, and improving profitability.
• Experience with inventory, suppliers, workforce planning, and food delivery aggregator platforms.
• Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication and interpersonal skills; ability to travel between outlets.

Pay

• Pay starts at AED 9,000 per month.

Workplace

• Work is in person and involves travel between outlets.
