Role overview

Implementation and transformation work

• Drive key modules and program execution, translating recommendations into action and measurable value realization.
• Align stakeholders, overcome implementation challenges, and maintain disciplined execution.
• Support organizational design and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles, and performance mechanisms.
• Manage prioritization, business cases, roadmaps, and value realization tracking.
• Identify process streamlining and performance improvement opportunities grounded in business and financial impact.
• Support change execution, embed new ways of working, and build capabilities through implementation-focused upskilling.
• Apply generative AI tools and techniques, including LLM workflows, agentic systems, and retrieval-based solutions, to transformation and change management.

Client and team contribution

• Communicate credibly with case teams and clients while delivering project components to a high standard.
• Contribute analysis and insights to cases, workshops, and proposals.
• Codify knowledge and assets emerging from cases and proposals and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues.

Experience and education

• At least 2 years of consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation-related roles is strongly preferred.
• Alternatively, at least 2 years of industry experience is required; 3–6+ years of industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience translating strategy into action.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Ability to rapidly prototype analytical and AI-driven solutions using modern tools and iterative experimentation.
• Python, SQL, and modern analytical/AI tooling are a plus.
