Role overview
The Middle East Vendors Team onboards new vendors and experts and supports vendors already engaged by BCG Middle East.
The team supports internal customers, collaborates with colleagues in other regions and the corporate office, and works with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Screen new vendors and assess individual and company profiles.
- Set up external contractors in the vendor-management system.
- Onboard vendors to BCG internal systems for payment purposes.
- Support internal documentation, reporting, and ad hoc project work.
What you will bring
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027; undergraduate degree in a relevant subject required.
- Legal, compliance, or operations background is preferred.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Bring problem-solving and analytical ability, accuracy, curiosity, adaptability, teamwork, organization, and work-management skills.
Team and collaboration
- Work directly with a four-person Vendors team and a Finance team of more than 35 people.
- Interact regularly with internal BCG stakeholders.
