Support HR Services for Middle East employees, focusing on onboarding, documentation, system updates, and general administration.
The intern will shadow a designated HR team member for guidance and practical HR skills development.
Responsibilities
- Draft BCG employment contracts and prepare Qiwa bulk contracts for new hires.
- Prepare exit documentation for departing employees.
- Track employees’ ERE visa expiry dates and summarize updates for PRO follow-up.
- Cross-check new GOSI contributions for accuracy and completeness.
- Save insurance application forms for processing and help prepare Riyadh letters and attestations of letters and contracts.
- Maintain HR tracking spreadsheets, documentation files, and digital HR archives.
- Support business travel visa processing and respond to employee HR queries.
Requirements
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and willing to learn.
- Strong communication, organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment; results-driven, self-motivated, dependable, and accurate.
- Respect confidential BCG information.
- Knowledge and experience of Middle East practices and KSA labor law is advantageous.
