The Talent Management Intern supports day-to-day Staffing, Career Development, and administrative activities across BCG's Middle East offices.
The role provides hands-on experience in core people processes and coordination with consultants and talent teams.
Staffing support
- Maintain staffing databases, dashboards, and tracking tools; prepare overviews for weekly discussions.
- Help review project needs and consultant availability and coordinate follow-ups, data checks, and documentation.
Career development support
- Organize Career Development Committee meeting files, templates, and records.
- Collect and organize inputs for performance evaluations and promotion cycles; update consultant profiles and development notes.
Administrative and operational support
- Draft communications and meeting summaries, respond to routine queries, and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Organize meetings, track action items, support follow-ups, and suggest process improvements.
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports; maintain records and shared folders.
- Handle sensitive employee information accurately and confidentially and collaborate with cross-functional people teams.
Candidate qualifications
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and willing to learn new tools.
- Strong communication, accuracy, organization, prioritization, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Professional, discreet, reliable, and service-oriented, with interest in people topics and teamwork.
Employment term
