Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Data & AI engagements in procurement and supply chain, overseeing analytics, AI, data transformation, predictive modeling, automation, and generative AI workstreams.
- Lead senior client meetings, steering committees, and workshops; translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Design analytical solutions such as data pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-enabled tools; synthesize data and develop business cases.
- Develop digital and AI offerings, reusable assets, and scalable solutions; contribute to proposals, pitches, opportunity assessments, and go-to-market narratives.
- Mentor junior colleagues, lead teams, guide technical and analytical approaches, and support consistent delivery.
- Build internal tools, code libraries, benchmarks, and best practices; support recruitment, training, and capability building in the practice.
Requirements
- 5–6+ years of professional experience in data analytics, AI, or digital consulting, with a strong client-facing delivery record.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive data and analytics project outcomes.
