Role overview
The Recruiting Intern supports recruiting efforts throughout the recruiting season.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting processes, including interview scheduling and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain recruiting and intern databases, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist with posting opportunities and updating job descriptions.
- Organize CVs and recruitment files, keeping records accurate and current.
- Perform basic data analysis and contribute to reporting.
- Support recruiting events and interview planning and organization.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the recruiting team.
Qualifications
- Final-year university student eligible for COOP in January 2027.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and willing to learn new tools.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, proactive, professional, and discreet with confidential information.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented, intellectually demanding environment.
Employment term
- Internship; job type is temporary for six months.
