Requirements
- Strong administrative and coordination skills including document management, scheduling, and record keeping
- Experience with commissioning support activities including tracking milestones, preparing reports, and liaising with technical teams
- Knowledge of safety procedures such as Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Electrical Safe Work (ESW) practices
- Proficiency in standard office software, data entry tools, and digital workflow systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross functional teams
- Relevant technical or administrative qualification (diploma or degree in engineering, safety management, business administration, or related field) preferred
- Previous experience in industrial, engineering, construction, or energy sectors, particularly in the GCC region, preferred
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast paced environment

Role Overview
- The Senior Administrator – ESW – LOTO/Commissioning Support is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Supports commissioning activities and ensures effective implementation of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and ESW processes across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate documentation, track permits, maintain compliance records, and assist in preparing reports and schedules for commissioning teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and health and safety personnel to ensure all commissioning and LOTO activities follow company standards and regulatory requirements.
