- Develop and implement site logistics plans based on project drawings, specifications, and construction sequences
- Supervise Logistics Foremen in daily operations, including labour allocation, plant movement, and site setup
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure logistics support is aligned with construction activities
- Monitor and manage vertical and horizontal transport systems, including hoists, ramps, and access routes
- Review and approve purchase requisitions for logistics related materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental requirements, and third party certifications
- Oversee welfare areas, logistics zones, plant utilization, fuel consumption, and lifting equipment status
- Support commercial teams with logistics data for cost control, contra charging, and reporting
- Maintain logistics documentation, including lifting plans, MSRAs, DSTIs, temporary works documents, and toolbox talks
- Lead logistics planning meetings and contribute to project progress reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- LEEA Certified Appointed Person qualification is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction logistics or site engineering
- Strong knowledge of site logistics planning, plant operations, and safety compliance
- Experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple disciplines
- Familiarity with LEED, Estidama, and environmental reporting

Role Overview
