This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior QA/QC Engineer – Structural (Civil) with building construction experience, based in Dubai.

The role involves leading and implementing quality assurance and quality control procedures for structural works on building projects, including reviewing design documents, construction drawings, and material specifications.

The Senior QA/QC Engineer will oversee inspections and testing activities, monitor site work for compliance with applicable codes and standards, and ensure that all structural works meet project quality requirements.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing and updating QA/QC plans, managing non-conformance reports, coordinating with project managers, consultants, and contractors, and conducting internal quality audits.

The role also includes mentoring junior engineers and site staff on quality standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and contributing to risk assessments and corrective action plans.
