We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Senior Accountant
with strong financial management expertise, analytical capabilities, and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, audit coordination, and payment management.
They possess the ability to lead accounting teams, improve financial processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate financial insights that support business growth and decision-making.

Role Purpose
Lead and oversee daily accounting operations by ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, managing financial controls and payment activities, supporting audits and budgeting processes, and developing a high-performing accounting team aligned with the company’s financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records and reporting activities.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements for management review.
- Manage payment operations, banking activities, reconciliations, and employee- and supplier-related financial transactions.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance, providing analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi tax regulations, company policies, and internal control requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, inventory verification activities, and financial control processes to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations and continuous process improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while driving high performance and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in QSR or a multi-branch environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, audits, and month-end closing processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle.
- Valid SOCPA Membership is required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
