Role Overview
The Field QC Manager is responsible for overseeing food safety and quality standards across multiple locations, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and quality standards across all branches
- Conduct audits and ensure HACCP & ISO 22000 compliance
- Monitor operational quality and performance
- Lead and support multi-site QC teams
- Identify issues and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with operations to resolve quality gaps
- Support continuous improvement and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in food technology or related field
- 7+ years of experience in food safety and quality within QSR, catering, retail, or hospitality industry
• Food Safety & Food Quality
- HACCP & ISO 22000 standards
