Role Purpose

Lead and oversee regional business operations by driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, optimizing profitability, enhancing customer experience, and building high-performing teams aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for sustainable business growth
  • Ensure operational excellence and compliance across all branches
  • Enhance customer experience and improve customer satisfaction metrics
  • Manage profitability by controlling labor cost, food cost, waste, and OPEX
  • Improve workforce productivity and optimize manpower planning
  • Develop digital sales channels and customer loyalty initiatives
  • Analyze sales, financial, and operational performance to support strategic decisions
  • Lead, coach, and develop Regional, Area, and Restaurant Managers
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective action plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR
  • Drive organizational culture, values, and change management initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in multi-branch operations, sales, or regional management
  • Strong experience in

  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
