The Ideal Candidate
An experienced Quality & Food Safety professional with strong expertise in QMS, capable of driving compliance, audits, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Role Purpose
To lead and manage QMS, ensuring compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and company quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QMS & FSMS
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and HACCP
- Manage documentation (SOPs, policies, procedures)
- Conduct audits and support certifications
- Drive risk management and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead and develop quality & food safety teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Microbiology, or Engineering
- 7+ years in food safety/quality (QSR, Catering, Retail, Hospitality, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 31000, Six Sigma
