The Ideal Candidate
A motivated engineer with hands-on exposure to construction projects, capable of coordinating site activities, ensuring quality, and supporting project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Role Purpose
To support the planning, execution, and delivery of restaurant construction and renovation projects, ensuring compliance with standards, timelines, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of construction projects from start to handover
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams
- Review drawings and ensure compliance with standards
- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety
- Assist in managing schedules and site activities
- Support permits, inspections, and approvals
- Prepare reports and project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, Architecture, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or restaurants
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes and drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
- Willingness to work on-site and travel
