Part-time, hybrid Senior Account Clerk role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and accurate financial records in accordance with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile account balances, prepare financial reports, assist with budgeting, and support audits as needed.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams and respond to customer and internal billing queries.
- Help ensure transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
- Support improvements to account management procedures and continuous process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for reconciliations, discrepancy identification, and financial decision support.
- Solid finance knowledge and experience in basic accounting, invoicing, and record-keeping.
- Effective communication, customer service, and account management skills.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time hybrid environment.
- Previous experience in an accounting or clerk role.
Preferred qualifications
- Logistics or courier industry experience is an advantage.
- A relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
