Part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, combining outlet duties with some work-from-home flexibility.
Oversee daily courier outlet operations and ensure efficient customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff, plan shifts, and ensure timely and accurate parcel dispatch and receipt.
- Monitor service quality, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with drivers and logistics partners.
- Maintain compliance with company processes and safety standards.
- Manage packaging-material inventory, track performance metrics, and prepare basic reports.
- Support sales or customer acquisition when needed.
- Implement operational improvements and train team members on best practices.
Qualifications
- Operations and leadership skills, including supervision, shift management, and performance tracking.
- Customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Administrative and reporting skills, including record-keeping, documentation, and office or logistics software.
- Knowledge or experience in logistics, courier, or cargo operations is highly beneficial.
- Ability to balance on-site Abu Dhabi outlet responsibilities with remote tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further business, logistics, or related education is an advantage.
- Integrity, reliability, and a strong focus on safety and compliance.
