Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities, build a lead pipeline, conduct market research, and qualify leads.
- Prepare proposals and present logistics solutions in client meetings.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients and manage key accounts.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to support smooth delivery.
- Track performance metrics, meet sales targets, and contribute to market-expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong new business development and lead-generation skills, plus business and account-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for client engagement and collaboration.
- Relevant logistics, courier, or cargo experience is preferred, ideally in business development or sales.
- Able to work on-site in Dubai and travel locally for client visits as needed.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple opportunities.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong organization and negotiation skills.
