On-site construction management, liaison, communication, and coordination work
Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in building structural engineering, with proven experience in structural design, analysis, and construction supervision.
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Solid knowledge of building structural systems, including reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and load-bearing systems.
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design in accordance with relevant building codes, design standards, and local authority requirements.
- Experience in reviewing structural drawings, technical specifications, design calculations, and construction documents.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders to resolve structural design and construction issues.
- Familiarity with structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.
- Experience in site inspections, construction progress monitoring, quality control, and resolving structural technical issues during construction.
- Ability to identify structural design discrepancies, assess technical risks, and propose practical and cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Candidates of Southeast Asian nationality are preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
