Role Overview
H&P is seeking a Security Control Room Operator to monitor security systems, coordinate communications, and support security operations across Saudi Arabia.
The role involves monitoring CCTV, alarms, vehicle tracking, and communication systems; responding to security incidents; coordinating emergency responses; and maintaining accurate incident and activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security control room environment.
- Experience with security monitoring systems, incident reporting, physical security, and emergency communications.
- Secondary School Certificate (12 years of education).
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and incident-management skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential information.
- Control Room Operator certification or formal training is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, vehicle tracking, and communication systems.
- Respond to security incidents.
- Coordinate emergency responses.
