H&P is seeking an experienced ERP Developer to design, develop, and maintain reports, integrations, and Oracle ERP solutions.
The role requires Oracle Fusion architecture knowledge, hands-on development skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Oracle Fusion Development
- Design, develop, and implement applications using Oracle Fusion Middleware components.
- Customize and extend Oracle Fusion applications according to business requirements.
- Design and implement Oracle Integration Cloud solutions for Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Provide technical expertise across Oracle Manufacturing, SCM, INV, GL, AP, and PA modules and interfaces.
- Develop integration points between Oracle Fusion applications and other enterprise systems.
APEX Development
- Design PaaS solutions and develop Oracle Application Express applications for internal and external use.
- Migrate legacy applications to APEX while maintaining data integrity and security.
- Use PL/SQL and SQL for backend database operations and APEX application logic.
- Implement dynamic actions, validations, and custom plugins in APEX applications.
Integration and Support
- Integrate Oracle Fusion applications with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
- Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Oracle Fusion and other applications.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers on Oracle application issues and code migrations.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, optimization, upgrades, and patching.
Documentation and Training
- Prepare detailed technical documentation for developed applications.
- Provide technical guidance on integration, best practices, patterns, and methodologies.
- Conduct training for end users and developers on Oracle Fusion and APEX best practices.
- Support UAT, deployments, and end-user training and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud reporting development.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models, including Manufacturing, SCM, and Financials.
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and Excel-based analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion security roles and data access.
- Experience using prebuilt REST, SOAP, ERP, HCM, database, and FTP adapters.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with BIP, OTBI, FRS, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is preferred.
- Oracle reporting, BI, or Oracle Cloud module certification is preferred.
- Oracle Integration Cloud certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of REST APIs for Fusion data extraction and experience in Agile or DevOps environments are preferred.
